Registration does not automatically guarantee certification. Participants must:

Failure to meet program requirements may result in disqualification from certification.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants and ambassadors must:
Maintain professionalism and respect.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Refrain from sharing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Not misuse SkillBridge branding, logo, or name without authorization.
Violation may result in immediate removal from the program without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during training including:
Slides
Workbooks
Videos
Templates
Branding elements
Logos
Course content
are the intellectual property of SkillBridge Integrated Services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, record, or modify any content without prior written permission.
6. Certification Policy
Certificates are issued only to participants who:
Meet attendance requirements.
Complete required tasks.
Comply with program standards.
SkillBridge reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.
7. Ambassador Program Terms
Ambassadors represent SkillBridge publicly and must:
Maintain integrity and professionalism.
Avoid misrepresentation of the organization.
Not make unauthorized promises or commitments on behalf of SkillBridge.
Ambassador status may be revoked at any time if conduct damages the brand’s reputation.
8. Payments & Refunds (For Paid Programs)
For paid services:
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow the official refund policy.
Payment confirmation must be received before access to premium services is granted.
9. Limitation of Liability
SkillBridge provides educational and professional development services. We do not guarantee:
Employment
Financial gain
Business success
Academic advancement
Participants are responsible for applying knowledge gained.
SkillBridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
